Nicole Irmer, Professional License Attorney

Background

Nicole Irmer is the Founder and Principal Attorney. She has practiced law for more than 20 years. During this time she has proven herself to be a compassionate, diligent and zealous defense attorney. She is committed to each and every client and believes that each case is as individual as the person involved. She appreciates the magnitude of stress that clients and their families are under when accused of professional wrongdoing or charged with a crime. Her caring and dedicated approach to each client’s case ensures the best possible outcome.

The Law Office of Nicole Irmer (formerly known as the Law Office of Raskin & Tee) is a sophisticated boutique law firm narrowly tailored to the needs of individuals, professionals, and small entities. Prior to starting the firm in 2003, Nicole spent several years practicing law at a high profile, top-rated criminal law firm. She gained significant court room experience during this time.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Ms. Irmer’s focus areas include a sophisticated criminal defense practice in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative legal matters. She has experience handling all types of criminal defense cases throughout San Diego County. Her expertise includes complex Driving Under the Influences cases, involving great bodily injury and manslaughter. Ms. Irmer has been proudly serving Military members and their families for more than a decade.

Her administrative practice focuses on professional licensing defense, professional license appeals, and all matters concerning an individuals’ drivers’ license arising from DMV action. Many of her clients with professional licenses have criminal cases with licensing implications, or professional disciplinary action arising from criminal matters. Her experience with both criminal law and knowledge of “license” law has benefited her clients with favorable outcomes early in the process. Nicole has also successfully assisted clients in applying for a professional license, fighting license denials, and advocating during investigations of wrongdoing before the filing of a formal disciplinary case.

Nicole worked as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Richard Haden, San Diego Superior Court. She also clerked at the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of California, in the Civil Division.
